The team trains at the Jackson Park Yacht Club (JPYC), just minutes from UChicago’s campus on the waters of the beautiful Lake Michigan. All members of the Sailing Team join JPYC as student members and are entitled to use the club and its facilities. The Sailing Team is deeply grateful for our continued partnership with the JPYC.

For the Fall 2024 season, we will practice three times per week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:45 til sunset. Sailors should show up ready to train with the following equipment for practice:

• Close-toed shoes
• Notebook
• Timer
• Bailer (Crews)
• Gear appropriate to the weather.
